Information on professional liability insurance:
The professional liability insurance exists with the insurance association for tax consultants and auditors, Dotzheimer Straße 23, 65185 Wiesbaden, Germany and meets the requirements of § 54 WPO and § 67 StBerG.
Participation in a dispute resolution procedure:
Roy Allen York, CPA does not participate in dispute settlement procedures before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the Consumer Participation Act (VBSG) and is not obliged to do so.

Orders are based on the general terms and conditions for auditors and auditing companies dated January 1, 2017.
*Note that currently, the limited liability company USAAIG UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is in process of registration and has not yet been assigned its own Tax ID or VAT ID numbers. Until such time that these are provided, contracts and invoices will be authorized by Roy Allen York as a self employed freelancer (sole proprietor, using VAT ID numbers as noted above).
